Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Late Cancellations:
If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the check-in date, no refund will be provided, and the full booking amount will be retained.

Last-Minute Booking Cancellation:
For bookings made within 28 days of the check-in date, guests can cancel within the first 48 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation for Last-Minute Bookings:
If a cancellation is requested beyond the initial 48-hour window for bookings made within 28 days of the check-in date, no refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

Modification Policy:
Changes to the reservation, including modifications to the dates or suite type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are advised to communicate any modifications well in advance.

Refund Process:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Force Majeure:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond control, the cancellation policy may be reviewed, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
